Citrate; CA; Citric Acid
Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, citric acid (CA) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. Its transport and utilization are critical for comprehensive physiological profiling and energy balance. Notably, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of citric acid (CA) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
