Full Name
Citrate
Alternate Names
Citrate; CA
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of citric acid (CA) are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its transport and utilization are critical for comprehensive physiological profiling and energy balance. In addition, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of citric acid (CA) within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
