D-Lactic Acid
Alternate Names
D-Lactic Acid; D-LA; D-Lactate
Application Notes
Background
D-Lactic acid (D-LA) acts as an essential biochemical entity within diverse cellular pathways. It participates directly in biosynthetic pathways, acting as a critical precursor for larger macromolecules. Furthermore, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking d-lactic acid (D-LA) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
