Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
N-Acetyl-β-D-glucosidase
Alternate Names
N-Acetyl-β-D-glucosidase; NAG
Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, N-acetyl-β-D-glucosidase (NAG) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. Furthermore, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Essential for monitoring N-acetyl-β-d-glucosidase (NAG) level shifts during molecular biochemistry, metabolic pathway flux analysis, and enzymology studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
