Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, starch is a key subject of biochemical analysis. It regulates osmotic balance and provides readily available energy reserves for cellular functions. Moreover, tracking its dynamics facilitates a deeper understanding of cellular responses to external stressors.
Application
Essential for monitoring starch level shifts during molecular biochemistry, metabolic pathway flux analysis, and enzymology studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Stable Signal Output; Broad Sample Compatibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
