Application Notes
Background
Research highlights plant starch as a significant participant in key metabolic and regulatory cascades. It regulates osmotic balance and provides readily available energy reserves for cellular functions. Notably, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of plant starch in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
