Target Information
Full Name
Total Phenol
Alternate Names
Total Phenol; Tp
Application Notes
Background
Found widely across biological samples, total phenol (Tp) is crucial for maintaining systemic homeostasis. Evaluating its overall abundance provides a macroscopic view of the organism's nutritional and functional status. Moreover, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of total phenol (Tp) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
