Description
GlycoErase™ SIGLEC12 knockout Jurkat cell line is a human T lymphocyte leukemia line lacking SIGLEC12 expression. SIGLEC12, part of the SIGLEC3-like subfamily, contains ITIM and SLAM-like motifs and recruits SHP1/2 phosphatases to inhibit signaling. The knockout Jurkat model offers a tractable system for studying inhibitory receptor biology, phosphatase-mediated signaling, and immune regulation in T cells, with applications in TCR signaling research, apoptosis studies, and immunotherapy.
