Description GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC2 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable T-cell model engineered to overexpress SIGLEC2, a receptor that binds sialic acids, CD4, and protein phosphatases, regulating B-cell activation and signaling pathways. Found in endosomal compartments, SIGLEC2 dysregulation is associated with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. This model offers a T-cell platform for studying lectin-mediated immune regulation and B-T cell communication in glycoimmune biology.
