Product Description
The GlycoSens™ Pullulanase Assay Kit provides a robust, high-precision analytical assay platform engineered for quantification of target pullulanase in varied biological matrices. Featuring a streamlined protocol, it delivers outstanding linearity and operational speed for routine biochemical assays.
Product Type
Other Series
Target
Pullulanase
Kit Components
Reaction Buffer; Specific Substrate; Standard; Reaction Stop Solution
Sample Types
Tissues, other biological samples
Sample Volume
10 μL - 50 μL
Detection Principle
The assay relies on the distinct spectroscopic optical characteristics of pullulanase. Upon reaction with specialized chromogenic reagents, the resulting optical density shifts measured at target wavelengths directly reflect pullulanase content in the sample.
Detection Time
Within 2 hours

Target Information
Full Name
Pullulanase
Alternate Names
Pullulanase
Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, pullulanase plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. Notably, evaluating its levels provides researchers with invaluable insights into metabolic alterations and health status.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking pullulanase fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Enhanced Sensitivity; Streamlined Workflow; Consistent Batch-to-Batch Performance
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
