Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, total antioxidant capacity plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It represents a comprehensive biomarker for assessing the aggregate biochemical capacity of the sample. As a result, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Essential for monitoring total antioxidant capacity level shifts during molecular biochemistry, metabolic pathway flux analysis, and enzymology studies.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Broad Sample Compatibility; Minimized Interference
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
