Application Notes
Background
Total protease is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. This enzyme plays a pivotal role in biological degradation, nutrient mobilization, and quality control. As a result, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating total protease dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
