Specifications
Product Description
The quantitative human vWFCP (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human von willebrand factor cleaving protease (vWFCP) levels. vWFCP is a metalloprotease enzyme. This enzyme specifically cleaves von Willebrand factor (vWF), a large glycoprotein involved in blood clotting. vWFCP regulates the size and activity of vWF, preventing the formation of excessively large blood clots. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.145 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of vWFCP in the sample.

Application Notes
Application
The quantitative human vWFCP (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is used to determine the vWFCP levels in biological samples. The kit is applicable in studies of blood coagulation, von Willebrand factor regulation, and thrombotic disorders. It is useful in fields such as hematology and vascular biology.
Precision
Intra-Assay: n=20, CV <8%;
Inter-Assay: n=20, CV <10%;
Recovery
Serum sample: n=5, 80-95%;
Plasma sample: n=4, 80-95%;
Standard Curve

The standard curve is for reference only, and a new standard curve should be generated for each set of samples tested.
