Description To probe FUT5 fucosyltransferase function in CHO-S cells, and to determine its specific roles in 3- and 4-fucosyltransferase activities, the FUT5 knockout CHO-S cell line is designed to investigate altered fucosylation patterns on CHO-S cell glycans due to FUT5 loss and its potential impact on CHO-S cell glycosylation pathways.
