GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 Knockout A549 Cell Line

GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 knockout A549 cell line is a human lung epithelial cancer model with SIGLEC10 expression deleted. SIGLECs are cell-surface receptors of the immunoglobulin superfamily, many of which contain immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) that transmit inhibitory signals. SIGLEC10, typically expressed on innate immune cells, participates in the modulation of immune activation and homeostasis. The elimination of SIGLEC10 in the A549 background provides a specialized tool to study inhibitory receptor signaling, innate immune regulation, and immune checkpoint biology, and supports applications in immunology research, drug discovery, and therapeutic antibody development.
