Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC10 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable cell line expressing SIGLEC10, a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin receptor with inhibitory ITIM motifs that regulate innate immune responses. Unlike most family members, SIGLEC6 is expressed on B-cells. This glycoengineered T-cell platform supports studies of lectin-immune signaling, sialic acid-mediated recognition, and cross-talk between inhibitory pathways and adaptive immunity.

Summary
SIGLECs are part of the immunoglobulin superfamily, predominantly expressed on innate immune cells. Most SIGLECs have one or more cytoplasmic immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs). The exception is SIGLEC6, expressed on B-cells.
