Description	GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC10 overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to express SIGLEC10, an ITIM-bearing immune lectin of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is broadly expressed in innate immunity but not in B-cells except for SIGLEC6. This system allows interrogation of inhibitory signaling, glycan recognition in hepatocyte-like cells, and the functional impact of glycosylation on innate immune checkpoint pathways.
