GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC14 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses SIGLEC14, an activating, DAP12-coupled receptor that pairs functionally with inhibitory SIGLEC5. The system enables side-by-side assays of activating vs. inhibitory signaling on defined glycan landscapes, modeling host-pathogen responses, and identifying glycomimetic modulators that rebalance the SIGLEC14/5 axis.
