Target Information
Full Name
Acid Phosphatase
Alternate Names
Acid Phosphatase; ACP; Acid Phosphohydrolase
Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, acid phosphatase (ACP) is a key subject of biochemical analysis. Its hydrolytic action on phosphate bonds is essential for energy metabolism and signal termination. As a result, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Ideal for investigating acid phosphatase (ACP) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Reaction Protocol; Stringent Quality Control; Enhanced Sensitivity
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
