Carbon Monoxide
Alternate Names
Carbon Monoxide; CO; Endogenous Carbon Monoxide Standard; Endogenous Carbon Monoxide Reagent
Application Notes
Background
Endogenous carbon monoxide (CO) is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Consequently, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking endogenous carbon monoxide (CO) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Stable Signal Output; Broad Sample Compatibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
