Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Laccase
Alternate Names
Laccase
Application Notes
Background
Laccase is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. By lowering activation energy barriers, it drives essential chemical reactions that sustain cellular life. Moreover, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of laccase in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Enhanced Sensitivity; Streamlined Workflow; Consistent Batch-to-Batch Performance
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
