Application Notes
Background
Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. Through its catalytic activity, it ensures the safe processing of oxidative metabolites within the cell. Moreover, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating polyphenol oxidase (PPO) dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
