Sucrose
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of sucrose are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its synthesis and breakdown are tightly controlled to meet the dynamic energy demands of the organism. As a result, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking sucrose fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Excellent Reproducibility; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
