Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Sucrose
Alternate Names
Sucrose
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of sucrose are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its synthesis and breakdown are tightly controlled to meet the dynamic energy demands of the organism. Furthermore, evaluating its levels provides researchers with invaluable insights into metabolic alterations and health status.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of sucrose in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
