Description
This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating Gaussia Luciferase mRNA. Gaussia luciferase mRNA is a reporter gene. The luciferase it encodes can catalyze the oxidation of coelenterazine to produce bioluminescence at 480 nm, without the need for ATP. It is only for research purposes.
