Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting TACSTD2. TACSTD2 is a single-pass cell surface glycoprotein that interacts with PIP2 and undergoes phosphorylation at tyrosine and serine residues to influence cell signaling and the cell cycle. It is only for research purposes.
