GlycoErase™ SIGLEC6 knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat T lymphocyte line where SIGLEC6 expression has been eliminated. SIGLEC6 is a transmembrane receptor that recognizes sialyl-TN glycans and leptin, with expression upregulated in placental tissue during preeclampsia. This knockout Jurkat model supports research into glycan-protein interactions, metabolic signaling in immune contexts, and immune regulation, with applications in cytokine modulation studies, immune-metabolic research, and biomarker discovery.
