GlycoErase™ SIGLEC9 Knockout HepG2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF914

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoErase™ SIGLEC9 knockout HepG2 cell line is a HepG2 model without SIGLEC9 expression. SIGLEC9 is predicted to bind sialic acids and monosaccharides, contribute to cell adhesion, and negatively regulate inflammatory responses and phagocytosis. Localized to the plasma membrane, SIGLEC9 functions as an inhibitory receptor. The knockout in HepG2 offers a liver-relevant model for investigating immune suppression, inflammation control, and adhesion processes, supporting applications in drug metabolism, hepatology, and therapeutic development.
