Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Cysteine
Alternate Names
Cysteine; Cys
Application Notes
Background
Cysteine (cys) acts as an essential biochemical entity within diverse cellular pathways. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Notably, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of cysteine (Cys) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
