Ionizable cationic lipid LP-01

LP-01 is an effective ionizable cationic lipid that shares structural similarity with the reference compound 11-A-M. This lipid is capable of forming lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) when combined with standard components such as cholesterol, DSPC, and PEG2K-DMG. These LNP-nucleic acid complexes are specifically employed for the transfer of single-guide RNA (sgRNA) designed to target the MHC class II transactivator gene within T cells.
