Description
The MAN2A1 knockout IST-Mes1 cell line lacks MAN2A1 protein, mannosidase alpha class 2A member 1, involved in N-glycan maturation in Golgi. MAN2A1 knockout in IST-Mes1 cells allows investigation of N-glycan maturation disruption in Pleural Mesothelioma, potentially affecting final N-glycan structures, protein folding, trafficking and Golgi-related glycosylation events.
