| Description | GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC2 overexpression A549 cell line is a stable glycoengineered model engineered to express SIGLEC2, a receptor with predicted CD4 receptor binding, protein phosphatase interaction, and sialic acid recognition activity. Localized to early and recycling endosomes, SIGLEC2 regulates B-cell activation, negatively modulates B-cell receptor signaling, and contributes to endocytic trafficking. Dysregulation has been implicated in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. This epithelial model provides a platform to study immune lectin regulation, endosomal trafficking, and cancer-associated glycosylation changes. |
