Description GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC7 overexpression CHO-K1 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress SIGLEC7, a predicted sialic acid-binding receptor involved in cell adhesion at the plasma membrane. This system provides a model for analyzing lectin-mediated adhesion, immune glycosylation signaling, and glycan recognition across non-human cell systems.
