β-Hydroxybutyrate
Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, β-hydroxybutyrate has emerged as a molecule of high interest. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Ideal for investigating β-hydroxybutyrate activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Enhanced Sensitivity; Streamlined Workflow; Consistent Batch-to-Batch Performance
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
