Phospholipid
Alternate Names
Phospholipid; PLIP
Application Notes
Background
Found widely across biological samples, phospholipid (PLIP) is crucial for maintaining systemic homeostasis. It forms a crucial part of the cellular inventory, dynamically responding to internal and external stimuli. As a result, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking phospholipid (PLIP) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Stable Reaction; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
