Native N-Glycoprotein Deglycosylation Kit

The native N-glycoprotein deglycosylation kit is designed to remove N-linked oligosaccharides from native proteins that are resistant to PNGase F. Endoglycosidase F1 is effective for oligomannose and mixed structures, while Endoglycosidase F2 and F3 are effective for removing bi-antennary and tri-antennary structures. The use of these endoglycosidases helps to effectively remove different types of N-linked oligosaccharides while maintaining protein stability, thus facilitating subsequent analysis and research.
