Product Description | The glycoprotein deglycosylation kit (hydrazinolysis reaction) uses the chemical reaction between hydrazine and N-linked and O-linked sugar chains in glycoproteins to release these glycans from glycoproteins. This process usually involves the cleavage of glycosidic bonds, allowing the glycans to be released in a free form. These released glycans have free reducing ends and can be fluorescently labeled by reductive amination to enable subsequent detection and analysis. One kit contains deglycosylation of 12 glycoprotein samples. |
