This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (DLin-MC3-DMA), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating Gaussia Luciferase mRNA. Gaussia luciferase mRNA is a reporter gene. The luciferase it encodes can catalyze the oxidation of coelenterazine to produce bioluminescence at 480 nm, without the need for ATP. The loaded Gaussia Luciferase mRNA is modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine to enhance expression and reduce immunogenicity. It is only for research purposes.
