This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (LP-01), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting CD70. CD70, a type II transmembrane protein of the TNF family, is mainly found on activated T cells, B cells, and mature dendritic cells, playing a key role in immune diseases and tumors. It is only for research purposes.
