Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (LP-01), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting KIT. KIT is expressed in various cells, including stem cells and hematopoietic cells. It promotes cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival by binding to stem cell factor and activating downstream signaling pathways. It is only for research purposes.
