Description
ATX-100 is a biodegradable ionizable lipid that has been shown to improve in vivo delivery efficacy, particularly in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for siRNA delivery. LNPs incorporating ATX-100 exhibited a high knockdown activity for an siRNA targeting gene in mice, outperforming a DLinDMA-based formulation.
