Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Adenosine Triphosphate
Alternate Names
ATP; Adenosine Triphosphate Standard; Adenosine Triphosphate Reagent; Adenosine 5'-Triphosphate
Application Notes
Background
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Notably, evaluating its levels provides researchers with invaluable insights into metabolic alterations and health status.
Application
Essential for monitoring adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level shifts during physiological stress responses, cellular energy pool dynamics, and metabolic homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Stable Signal Output; Excellent Reproducibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
