Alcohol Dehydrogenase; ADH; Ethanol Oxidoreductase
Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) has emerged as a molecule of high interest. It catalyzes critical oxidation-reduction reactions by transferring hydride groups to specific electron acceptors. Furthermore, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
