The GlycoSens™ Malondialdehyde (MDA) Assay Kit provides a robust, high-precision analytical assay platform engineered for quantification of target malondialdehyde in varied biological matrices. Featuring a streamlined protocol, it delivers outstanding linearity and operational speed for routine biochemical assays.
The assay relies on the distinct spectroscopic optical characteristics of malondialdehyde. Upon reaction with specialized chromogenic reagents, the resulting optical density shifts measured at target wavelengths directly reflect MDA content in the sample.

Application Notes
Background
Malondialdehyde (MDA) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. It forms a crucial part of the cellular inventory, dynamically responding to internal and external stimuli. Furthermore, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking malondialdehyde (MDA) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
