Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, total thiols is a key subject of biochemical analysis. Its quantification is fundamental to establishing baseline profiles in biochemical and clinical assessments. Notably, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking total thiols fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Stable Reaction; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
