Description
This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating GFP mRNA. The GFP mRNA encodes the green fluorescent protein (GFP), a widely used marker for monitoring gene expression and transfection efficiency. It exhibits an excitation wavelength of 480 nm and emission at 510 nm. It is only for research purposes.
