Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting MET. MET, also known as c-Met, is the sole high-affinity receptor for HGF. It drives cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation by binding to HGF and triggering tyrosine kinase activity. It is only for research purposes.
