Molecular Mechanism of ActionHi-Affi™ pH-Sensitive Dye, Intracellular pH Indicator-Red AM is weakly fluorescent at neutral pH but increasingly fluorescent as the pH drops. This reagent can quantify cellular cytosolic pH in the range of 9-4.
