Molecular Mechanism of ActionHi-Affi™ pH-Sensitive Dye, Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) Conjugate-Red is weakly fluorescent outside of cells at neutral pH, but when internalized specifically through EGF endocytosis, it becomes brightly fluorescent in the acidic endosomes.
