Overview
DescriptionThe kit includes a transfection-ready expression vector for Human NOTCH1 without the entire extracellular domain, a CSL (CBF1/RBP-Jk) luciferase reporter vector, and a negative control vector. The reporter vector contains the firefly luciferase gene under the control of multimerized CSL-responsive elements upstream of a minimal promoter.
